1) Novage Communications will provide installation of WordPress CMS in the clients hosting environment. The client shall provide the hosting login and password for the purpose WordPress CMS installation. Additional cost will incur if the client request for service installation on site or on their premises.
2) Novage Communication will not be liable of any business losses, including (without limitation) loss of or damage to profits, income, revenue, use, productions, anticipated savings, business, contracts, commercial opportunities or goodwill.
3) Novage Communications will not be liable of any loss or corruption of any data, database or software. The client will be responsible for backing up the existing or current data before the installation of the service provided. Novage Communication will not be responsible to restoring any data damage from the back up.
4) Novage Communication will not be liable for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage.
